Had my first visit here. The atmosphere is very positive and friendly! They were very timely, too. Their equipment seems higher tech than I am used to and the exam areas were very clean and comfortable. Brii have me a fantastic cleaning and Dr. Keane was fantastic. I didn't feel rushed and they listened and cared. Very happy with this practice!

I have anxiety when I visit the dentist due to some painful experiences in the past at other dentist offices. South High Dental has changed my perspective on dental visits. I no longer suffer from anxiety like I used to. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and positive. I often see Brii, the hygienist. She has a very calming presence, and she is so sweet and patient. I always enjoy talking with her. She makes me feel very comfortable, which is no small feat when sitting in a dentist chair! The dentist, Dr.Dawson, is very friendly. She puts me at ease immediately. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of the people at South High Dental. Every experience I have with them is positive. They have taken a woman who had panic attacks sitting in the dentist chair and made her feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you South High Dental!!

I had my upper denture and my lower partial repaired today. This is the best service I have had since I have been coming to South High Dental. Lynda who worked on me was fantastic, she was awesome. She explained what I needed, she explained every step to me as so I understood. My results were great, Lynda is the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let me highly recommend South High Dental to anybody who needs work done on their teeth. Everybody at South High Dental are very professional and skilled in their craft. Please speak positively to and about Cynthia, Lynda, Brii, and Dr.Lawson was the absolute best. Additionally, there is an Esprit de Corp with and between the team members at South High Dental that makes it a pleasure to know these fine people, and to say that I am very happy with them and the great work they do. This office is amazing! From the front desk to the back staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the convenience of the online scheduling. I was able to schedule my husband an emergency visit online in the middle of the night and he was seen just hours later!! The check-in process was smooth and there was not a long wait time to be called back. The office was also very clean. Linda made the visit so comfortable with her bubbly energy! Dr. Dawson was the best!! The teamwork was impeccable and something you don't get to see in a lot of other places. We will be making this our new dental home!!

Today was my second visit and I would like to say that I received very good care. From the front to the back. I did have a few miscommunication issues with the payment but they fixed it and got it together ASAP! Dr. Dawson was fast & efficient & very nice. Brittany was very nice also and quick with the numbing process. I had Lynda twice and I must say she was a pleasant energy my entire visit both times. She made me feel comfortable and as if we knew each other for years. I’m pregnant and even though my patience is short during these days, she managed to keep me in tune and interested in what was being done to my teeth. I appreciated her joy and exciting energy. Can’t wake to go back.

Today was my first visit at South High Dental. It was absolutely a great experience. Lynda was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and like I had been a patient for years. Dr. Dawson was phenomenal. I have never had a dentist do the drilling/cleaning and polishing of my teeth. I had a bridge in my mouth that was bothering me and she fixed my bite so that I don't have pain anymore. She explained everything to me and told me that if I had any other issues with it to call back and schedule another appointment and she would readjust it again. Again, she was just as friendly and kind as Lynda. I would 100% recommend these ladies to my family and friends.

I went into South High Dental on 11/15/23 and was met with a warm greeting by the receptionist. Was given excellent numbing by Brii and alot of useful information from Lynda. I am very particular about who I give good reviews for when I tell you this is a very thorough, pleasant and professional Dental office I mean it. I have received treatment on three different occasions and every time I have received A1 service. I'm upset with myself that I cannot remember the other 2 ladies names that helped me on my prior visits but know that your work does not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate you all for what you have done because now days good service is hard to come by. Keep doing what you'll do let me not forget to mention the Awesome Dentist Matt Paulson who did a great job on my fillings and crown. Thank you very much!

My medical experience itself was great. The hygienist and dentist were wonderful. My complaint isn't with the medical services I received, it is with the customer service. After receiving my claim from my insurance and learning that SHD was in fact an "out of network" provider and I was left paying a hefty sum for a routine exam and x-rays I tried contacting SHD over 3 days via phone and email. For three days no one answered the phone; not in the billing department or in scheduling. I, and my partner, left voicemails that were not returned. Finally, I had to physically drive myself to their location just to talk to someone. The receptionist that helped me, Greg, was very nice and helpful. He quickly sent me copies of my x-rays and helped me understand the provider/insurance misunderstanding. Now, while I understand my insurance provided me with fraudulent and outdated information, SHD also provided me with false information. At the time of my appointment, I was asked to pay up front. I had never needed to do this before, so being nervous to cough up that much money I asked the female receptionist, POINT BLANK, "am I covered by my insurance?" I was told "Yes, yes you should be" by the receptionist. I further questioned her: "How much am I covered for?" She responded, "Oh it doesn't say but it should be 100%" In the end, both my insurance and SHD mislead me into thinking this practice was an "in-network" provider; but I'm left holding the bill. Greg was able to tell me, immediately, without question, "we don't and have never accepted your insurance plan" so I'm not sure why the other receptionist wasn't able to provide me with that same information and danced around the questions. All in all -- great medical service, but do your homework and be more aggressive with your insurance information before you cough up hundreds of dollars.

Good Morning! I would like to personally thank Dr. Paulson and his team. I ate Breakfast this morning!!! I cannot remember the last time I did not hesitate to put food in my mouth! My fear of dentistry pain has cost me in so many ways and the upcoming plan will be my 2nd extraction based upon my fear of pain and past experiences. You guys are the best. That was the most comfortable appointment I have ever had. I am 59 years of age so that says a lot! I do believe I have found a new home. Yes you guys are stuck with me for the rest of my life. (smiles) Pun Intended Thank you and your staff so much! I look forward to eating on the right side of my mouth as well. You have no idea how much dentistry can change a person’s life. I’m thinking the oral sedative and the care in numbing of my mouth prior to the root canal and crown was the secret to calming my fears of the pain. I foresee a trip to Mitchell Ocean Club in my Future. I may gain back a pound or two but I can live with that! Again, Thank you so much!

I just had another great appointment at South High Dental. Everyone is always very friendly and makes me feel at ease. I used to get anxious when going to the dentist, but now it doesn't bother me at all. It seems more like I'm stopping in for a visit and just having my teeth checked on while I'm there. 🙂

I have been coming to South High Dental for 15 years or so. I have always had good experiences which is why I continue to come here even after moving. My most recent visit was a cleaning and Heather was amazing! She was friendly and attentive during the entire visit! Another perk at South High Dental is their offering of same day permanent crowns. It is nice to NOT have to return to have a temporary switched out when the permanent crown comes in! The dentist office has not yet broke into my Top Ten list of favorite places to go, but it is a pleasure to see Dr. Paulson and his knowledgeable staff every six months! They make every effort for a relaxing and pain free experience.

I hadn't had dental care in almost 10 years. Mainly due to no insurance. I now have great dental insurance through my current job. Had some irritation for a few days. A family member referred me to South High Dental. I'm really so glad she did. They have a really nice facility. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Very professional and knowledgeable. They got right to the point, and put together a plan, to get my dental care back up to par. This visit alone, was a real milestone. Dr. Paulson, Olivia, and Angel, are super! I experienced no pain or discomfort at all. After they finished, I felt so much better. Later that evening, when the numbness wore off, I still felt better than before. Today, the day after my visit, I'm completely satisfied, and still have no pain. I greatly appreciate Dr. Paulson, and his staff, for getting me back on a path to proper dental care. If you're looking for a great dental facility and staff, I highly recommend South High Dental. Thank you again, Dr. Paulson, and your staff.

I have been a patient at South High Dental for over 20 years. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Paulson truly cares about the dental health of his patients. Most recently, I broke a tooth on vacation. With a jagged edge and experiencing some sensitivity, I called the office to get an appointment to have it checked out. They got me in as soon as I got back to Ohio. Dr. P checked it out and made the necessary repairs. He was careful to make sure I was comfortable through the procedure. My tooth is now good as new and stronger than before. Though I live in Circleville, and no longer work in Columbus, I wouldn't go any place else for my dental care. I highly recommend this fantastic team.

So honestly I have an irrational fear of the dentist and I've neglected my teeth and had to get one extracted and after my new patient exam the list of things that needed done was terrifying but I was in enough pain I made the appointment to get the worst tooth out and when I say the worked their hardest to make me feel safe and comfortable while they completed the task of removing my tooth I mean it honestly not as afraid of the dentist anymore and can't wait to go back and get me teeth into tip top shape 🥰🥰

My family have been a part of South High Dental for a while. They are always friendly and professional and willing to answer questions. When I say they..I mean from the smile you see at the front desk, the hygienist, the dentist even the ones asking for money...all make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Honestly this is the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient! We didn't have to wait long at all! We were promptly seen! It was my 2, soon to 3 year old first dentist visit and they were amazing! She loved the experience and had been asking to go back! ☺ The hygienist was gentle but thorough and very knowledgeable! The dentist was in to look us over very quickly after our cleanings. He also was very friendly! I highly recommend South High Dental!

This office is full of such nice people that make you forget you’re at a dentist. My hygienist is Kacie and she’s just fantastic and straight forward and answered all my questions perfectly in a way that I could understand. The dentist here is very kind and easy to talk to and not intimidating. Dr Paulson will talk to you like he’s known you his whole life as will everyone else here. I really like how clean the facility is. I also like that they don’t open the tools they use until they’re getting ready to use them and they’ll open it right in front of you. I actually don’t even mind going to the dentist here.

I was extremely appreciative of the care and attention Dr. Mansour and the staff provided to me. I made my first appointment and they were able to accept me the same day which was very helpful - it was also on a Saturday which made it even better. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I recently got dental insurance from my job and started looking around for dental offices that accepted my insurance. I gave them a call and asked, I was pleased to hear that they do accept my insurance so I set up an appointment. Going in, I was initially scared as most people are. However, they were very welcoming. The person who took care of me was very nice and understanding. They are willing to work with you and even set up multiple appointments to take care of 1 problem at a time if needed, which I am very grateful for. I'll be setting up new appointments very soon. I highly recommend them as a dental office. You can call and get all your questions answered before proceeding further which is a BIG plus in my book.

Have been going for a few years. Prices are not bad and the dentist is super kind. I have very bad anixety and have in the past accutaly punched a doctor. Here they will let you choose how fast they go or if you need a moment. I have had multiple root canals , teeth pulled, and fillings by them. Its the only place I will go.
